Customer Service
The Customer Service group is dedicated to maintaining the highest customer satisfaction level possible by providing accurate and timely responses and resolutions to our customers' needs. Veterinary Customer Service can assist you with questions, concerns, or problems as they relate to:
• Order Placement
• Modifications to existing orders
• Order delivery status
• Customer contact changes and updates
• General product or pricing inquiries
• Replacements for items missing from orders
• Product returns
Product Returns are subject to SMPM, Inc. standard return policy. SMPM, Inc., Veterinary requires a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please contact Customer Service to receive the authorization. The Veterinary Customer Service group is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST Monday-Friday.
Clinical Support
The Clinical Support group is dedicated to assisting customers with information pertaining to the clinical aspect of our products. Each clinical support representative is a Certified Veterinary Technician with extensive experience and product knowledge. Clinical Support can assist you with questions, concerns or problems as they relate to:
• Determining the right product for your needs
• Assisting over the phone with new product set up and usage
• Troubleshooting problems and providing resolutions for Surgivet® products
• Providing educational handouts and reference materials
• Replacements for defective parts or warranty issues
• Authorization for products being sent in for evaluation or repair
Products being sent in for repairs require a Customer Service Report (CSR) for evaluation and/or repair including warranty repairs. The Veterinary Clinical Support group is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST Monday-Friday.
